2026 SUMMER COMPETITIVE DANCE SCHEDULE & TUITION

All HCPAA Competitive Dancers are required to enroll in Summer Technique & Choreography classes if they are enrolling in our 2026/2027 Competitive Dance Season from September 2026 - May 2027.

SUMMER TECHNIQUE CLASSES
There will be 7 one-hour Technique classes every Monday from June 15 - July 27, 2026.

Mondays June 15-July 27
5pm-6pm - Level I Technique
6pm-7pm - Level II Technique
7pm-8pm - Level III Technique

CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES
There will be 7 total hours of Choreography classes per genre level from Monday, August 3 - Thursday, September 3, 2026.

Each week will be dedicated to one genre, with the final week dedicated to one genre per day.

TAP WEEK

Monday-Friday August 3-7
Each level of Tap Company will have a total of 6 hours of Choreography in 2-hour sessions over 3 consecutive days.

HIP HOP WEEK

Monday-Friday August 10-14
Each level of Hip Hop Company will have a total of 6 hours of Choreography in 2-hour sessions over 3 consecutive days.

JAZZ WEEK

Monday-Friday August 17-21
Each level of Jazz Company will have a total of 6 hours of Choreography in 2-hour sessions over 3 consecutive days.

CONTEMPORARY WEEK

Monday-Friday August 24-28
Each level of Contemporary Company will have a total of 6 hours of Choreography in 2-hour sessions over 3 consecutive days.

REVIEW WEEK

Monday-Thursday August 31-September 3
Monday, August 31: One hour for each TAP Company
Tuesday, September 1: One hour for each HIP HOP Company
Wednesday, September 2: One hour for each JAZZ Company
Thursday, September 3: One hour for each CONTEMPORARY Company

(The regular 2026/2027 Competitive Dance Season class schedule will begin on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.)

SUMMER TUITION
Summer Tuition is based on the number of genres a student is enrolled in for the 2026/2027 Competitive Dance Season.

If a student is enrolled in 1 genre (example: Hip Hop) for the 2026/2027 Competitive Dance Season, their total summer tuition for 14 hours of Technique & Choreography classes would be $180.00. (3 payments of $60 in June, July, & August.)

If a student is enrolled in 2 genres (example: Hip Hop & Tap) for the 2026/2027 Competitive Dance Season, their total summer tuition for 21 hours of Technique & Choreography classes would be $270.00. (3 payments of $90 in June, July, & August.)

If a student is enrolled in 3 genres (example: Hip Hop, Tap, & Jazz) for the 2026/2027 Competitive Dance Season, their total summer tuition for 28 hours of Technique & Choreography classes would be $360.00. (3 payments of $120 in June, July, & August.)

If a student is enrolled in 4 genres (example: Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, & Contemporary) for the 2026/2027 Competitive Dance Season, their total summer tuition for 35 hours of Technique & Choreography classes would be $450.00. (3 payments of $150 in June, July, & August.)

Summer Tuition can be paid in full or drafted from a bank account in 3 monthly installments in June, July, and August.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT BY ENROLLING IN THE 2026/2027 COMPETITIVE DANCE SEASON, YOU ARE ALSO ENROLLING IN THE REQUIRED SUMMER TECHNIQUE AND CHOREOGRAPHY CLASSES.
