Tuition *

The total monthly tuition for all classes will be automatically drafted on the 1st of every month from September 2025 through May 2026 from the bank account provided at registration. We will confirm the total tuition costs with you upon receipt of this form. In the event that a draft payment is not processed, a $25 fee will be applied. The full payment plus the fee will be due at the student's next class. Please indicate below that you understand and are able to comply with HCPAA's method of payment.

I understand that my bank account will be drafted the 1st of each month from September 2025-May 2026 for the total monthly tuition of all classes. I also understand that a $25 fee will be applied to any drafts that are not processed, and that the full payment due plus the fee will be due at the student's next class.
